Renee Lossia Acho Real Estate
Renee brings a unique and comprehensive approach to the Michigan real estate industry, and most importantly to her clients. Since her beginnings in 2005, she continues to renew her commitment to the field by providing insight and guidance far beyond the buy and sell of a home. She consistently ranked as Top Producer in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013, generating over $200 Million in luxury real estate sales and is recognized by Hour Magazine, Crain’s Detroit Business, and the Wall Street Journal’s RealTrends as one of the top 1% real estate agents in the country.
As part of her dedication to continuously exceeding expectations, Renee has positioned herself as an expert not only in the purchase and sale of homes but in architecture, design, and development, resulting in a conciliatory style of doing business that her clients identify as high value-add. Beyond real estate, she consults with several area builders on integral facets of the luxury residential development process, from property discovery to selecting finishes, and ultimately, the sale.
She is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors as well as the Greater Association of Realtors (GMAR) Ethics board, where she regularly reviews standards and compliance issues between agents and the public. Most recently, Renee was appointed to the board of Bank of Michigan based on her extensive knowledge of the Metro-Detroit housing market and her sense of the needs of the families and communities she has served for over a decade.
Renee currently lives in Birmingham with her husband and three children. Her love of the area and passion for architecture has led to her continued success.
